As we inch closer to our favourite celebration of the year, we may experience delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders. To avoid any disappointments, we highly recommend you to place your orders as early as possible to receive your purchase before Christmas. 

For products with the label ‘At Supplier’, please allow additional time for processing and logistic requirements. 

We understand how much the season of gifting brings joy to you and your loved ones. Hence, we would like to support you further by offering a 1-hour Click & Collect* products available at our Auburn and Hornsby store. This way, you’ll be able to shop with ease and collect your purchase to prepare for Christmas!

*1 hour Click & Collect option is strictly for in-stock products available at our Auburn or Hornsby store. Pre-orders or ‘At Supplier’ products are not eligible for this option. Payment has to be completed for the stock to be allocated to you. Kindly note that Direct Debit may require 2 to 3 business days for processing. We recommend Credit Card, Paypal or Zip to ensure allocation.


*Please also note that AusPost has informed that any order placed today (17th December 2020) onwards will not be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
