    • Assisting with the management of daily operational activities.

    • Helping the Accounts department by filing, tracking progress, and resolving issues.

    • Coordinating operations and offering support in the logistics department.

    • Coordinate the activities of staff members by effectively and efficiently handling scheduling and work assignment duties

    • Supervise daily operations of all departments including order generation, help desk functions, mail pickup, and delivery and shipping and receiving

    • Coordinate the intricate logistical details of projects to ensure on-time project delivery

    • Identify problems in operations processes and ensure that they are resolved in a time-efficient manner

    • Maintain accurate operations materials and documents for reference purposes

    • Monitor and assess daily financial operations and performance management processes.

    • Coordinate activities with procurement managers to ensure the delivery of supplies and equipment in a time-efficient manner

    • Work hand-in-hand with the director of operations to ensure enhanced customer service experiences

    • Compile and analyze company data such as sales figures and financials and create reports for management’s review

    • Assist with budget planning activities and ensure that any needed modifications are appropriately incorporated

    • Plan and schedule projects in a proactive manner by interacting with both external agencies and organizations.

    • Brief all participants of every project or program that the company has undertaken.

    • Liaise with sales and marketing departments to provide program direction.

    • Ensure that effective relationships are maintained with sales departments so that customer requirements can be understood and relayed to other departments.

    • Assist with the analysis and updates of financial trends.

    • Perform research on operational metrics and handle reporting duties.

    • Lead and support the development of detailed budgets, work plans, forecasts, and funding opportunities

    • Ensure that legal standards are set and maintained, and recommend best practices

    • Prepare procedure and guidance notes to present to managers

    • Handle filing and data entry duties pertaining to each department’s specific support systems

    • High school diploma required.

    • Bachelor's degree preferred.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize.

    • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

    • Experience in office management or an administrative role.

    • Coordinate Sales and Marketing activities to encourage sales on all clients and platforms.

    • Identify business and partnership opportunities to further grow the company’s range of business.

    • Monitor and review business performance, and prepare reports to analyze areas of improvement.

    • Research market trends and conduct analysis on customer, category, product and market insights.

    • Develop individual relationships with vendors and communities, to keep all friendly communications aligned.

    • Maintaining website and database management to ensure all information on the site is accurate and up to standard.

    • Ad Hoc sales and marketing duties to be carried out as and when required.

    • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

    • Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

    • Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.

    • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

    • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

    • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.

    • Assisting Product Director to look after brands/products that assigned by Product Director

    • Maximizing the profit/margin of the products/categories

    • Keeping good relationship with all vendors and suppliers

    • Knowledge of & Working with all teams (spec, RMA, CS, PM, Warehouse, accounts) to smooth sales transitions  

    • Liaising with interstates colleagues / internal sister companies for stock transfer

    • Co-working with marketing team for product promotion 

    • Following up with vendors on weekly/months SOH/sales reports, product strategy, roadmap, pricing, promotion, rebates, price protections, events opportunities etc.

    • Generating & Summarizing the products/categories’ months/quarterly reports of sales, margin, revenue, runrate, aging stock, forecast etc, and review with the Product Director

    • Assisting Product Director to look after brands/products that assigned by Product Director

    • Maximizing the profit/margin of the products/categories

    • Keeping good relationship with all vendors and suppliers

    WAREHOUSE CASUAL ROLE
    • Receiving and Dispatching shipments to and from delivery drivers.

    • Picking and scanning products from the warehouse for pick-up and delivery orders.

    • Packing goods into cartons and/or pallets for delivery.

    • Ensure timely shipment, smooth delivery

    • Verify quantity and quality of goods, freight invoices and preparation of shipping documentation

    • Assist in stock-take, 

    • Loading and unloading pallets.

    • Loading and unloading vans and trucks.


        To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A can-do-attitude and willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse.

    • Ability to identify main differences in IT hardware, components, and systems.

    • Attention to detail, specifically in regards to matching up serial numbers and product codes.

    • A current forklift license is preferred.

    • Knowledge on proper manual handling safety & procedures.

    • Experience using pallet jack/walkie stacker, and barcode scanners.

    • Basic computer skills.

    • Willingness to travel between different locations, between Auburn and Newington Warehouse locations

    SYSTEM ASSEMBLER TECH - AUBURN

    This role is ideal for someone with advanced PC building skills and a passion for growing and building a team in a thriving part of our business. You need to be able to demonstrate a high level of skill in assembling PC's and have a proven history within a team leading role. Able to offer the best technical service and computer systems to our customers. We are currently looking for talented technical people who can ensure that our customers receive the best quality systems available. You will need a strong understanding of the current IT Components.


        As a System Assembler you will be integral to the operation by:

    • Maintaining a tidy, clean, and safe workplace

    • Working closely with direct supervisors to achieve performance targets and maintaining high quality

    • Processing system orders and perform technical services according to company procedures and guidelines

    • Assembling systems according to department ordained KPI

    • Assigning builds and managing progress

    • Leading by example building, testing and troubleshooting systems


        Skills & requirements

    • A minimum of 2 years experience in leading and growing a team

    •  knowledge of current PC hardware and experience in PC assembly

    • A genuine passion for PC tech and gaming

    • Hands-on experience building multiple PCs

    • To have good time management skills and can make decisions quickly and accurately

    • Empathy with customers and treat them with respect and dignity

    • To have good aptitude to learn and develop new skills

    • To be great at solving problems, troubleshooting and technical issues

    • Good communication skills
