Christmas Shipping and Delivery Update For 2020
We may experience delays in shipping due to a high volume of orders. To avoid any disappointments, we highly recommend you to place your orders as early as possible to receive your purchase before Christmas. To further support our customers, we are offering a 1-hour Click & Collect option. Find out more here
We aim to provide the best delivery experience, ultimately to dispatch all orders within the next business day (of invoice date).
PCByte Custom System Builds may take up to one (1) week to assemble. Hence, expect the dispatch of this item to take 7 to 10 working days and reach you within the stipulated time provided by the respective shipping service provider selected.

***Please ensure that your delivery address and details are accurate before checkout. Inaccurate shipping details may result in a delay of delivery or lost of parcel due to item wrongly delivered. Additional fee will be charged for retrieving the item and redelivery to the correct address.
A tracking number will be allocated to your order once your item has been dispatched. Kindly check your account / email for the related invoice and tracking number. If you have not received your tracking number, kindly contact our friendly Customer Service Team at email@example.com. We will assist you shortly.
Not Home During Delivery?
If you are not home when the courier delivers your item, they will provide you a card with the option of “pick-up from a depot” or “redelivery”. If you are not home the second time, a redelivery fee will be incurred for the subsequent redelivery.
Self Pick-up Option
We provide "Pick Up" as an option for our local customers. Pick Up is available at any of our retail stores, subjected to respective opening hours.
Please note that if you choose to have your item picked up, you are required to submit a photo of your drivers license for security reasons to our team here.
How to opt for Self Pick-Up?
Follow through the checkout process as usual, and select “Pick Up” option at Delivery options. We will process the order as usual and you will be notified when your item is ready for pick up. Kindly bring along your purchase invoice and photo identification upon collection.
