Product Manager (Senior role) - Immediate Start

Job description:
- Drive the growth and manage related criteria in associated categories and brands

Requirements: 
- Strong passion in computer/IT and ecommerce
- Strong business sense with a mature logic in making business decisions 
- Eager to be a great player in the organisation as well as the segment 
- Great skill set in using various operation systems and MS office tools 
- Great experience in applying online sales tactics
- Familiar with data analytics 
- Great skills in communication and negotiation 
- Well spoken and written English
- Closely follow the trend from PC market and technology 
- Good understanding of target communities' market 
- Great knowledge of computer hardware and/or IT products
- Great team player 
- Able to manage tasks with the team members
- Able to manage working hours at a task base
- Able to make execution timely

Preferable criteria: 
- Experience in Australia's channel industry of IT/computer
- IT, PC and/or Gaming Enthusiast
- Previous eCommerce experience

Full Time: 
9.00am - 5.30pm usually (Monday to Friday)

Returns/Warranty Officer - Immediate Start

Job description:
- Processing customer return/warranty job tickets
- Customer phone support
- Handling supplier warranty returns
- Component and System Testing
- Customer technical support when required

Requirements: 
- Previous experience in Returns/warranty with a reseller/retailer 
- Advanced technical product knowledge, especially in performance PC components and PC gaming
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal 
- Previous 12months IT Industry Reseller/Retailer experience 

Full Time:
9.00am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday), Roster Sat 9.00am - 1.00pm

Retail Sales Technician

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding company. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated individual to work within the Retail Sales and Services division, selling a wide range of IT products to customers and diagnose / repair computer systems.

- Experience using PCs and laptops
- Experience upgrading or building PCs
- Ability to diagnose technical faults
- Ability to learn technical skills
- Ability to follow established processes

- Exceptional personal qualities
- Team player
- Previous customer facing experience Sales or Customer services preferred.
- Interest in performance hardware, software, gaming and over clocking
