As I'm an old fart that used to play with 486dx's n the like. this was just as easy to install as parts they were way back yonder. Just remember, DON'T touch the thermalpaste before placement. The fan is reasonably quiet, when system is at idle, barely noticeable, once the system starts to work you can hear the fan ramp up but it's not that loud, the blue LED is a nice touch, bright which lights up my room at night but once the system goes to sleep, it turns off and the fan is quieter still. overall I'm very happy with my choice of fan for my antiquated system.
No dramas with installation, plugged right in, cooling working quite well for a standardised air cooler. Running well and no issues with it.
